Rates mentioned are starting price per person in UAE Dirhams (AED), based on minimum 02 passengers travelling together, unless specified otherwise.
Seats and rooms are limited and subjective to availability.
Prices exclude visa charges, gratuity, items of personal nature like telephone bills, tips, porterage or any items not mentioned under ‘includes’. surcharge, minimum stay restrictions maybe applicable during peak season, exhibitions, trade fairs, festive seasons, etc.
Charges and penalties are applicable for change of reservation or cancellation of flights and hotels / cruise / train reservations.
Cruise rates mentioned are based on select sailings, routes, dates and seasons and are liable to change .
Safari package itinerary may be rerouted or accommodation changed in case of non-availability. Child age restrictions may be applicable.
Adventure trail packages featuring trekking are unsuitable for children and the elderly. Travellers should be reasonably fit. Routes are liable to change with seasonal variations.
All information, rates, inclusions and taxes are correct at the time of publishing but is subject to change without prior notice before the tour/package/cruise begins or during any tour/package/cruise. Footprints Holidays has endeavoured to ensure that all information in this brochure is accurate, but cannot except responsibility for accuracy or truth of statements made. Illustrations are intended to set the mood for each package and may not present actual views a seen on a specific tour package. All fares and prices and international rates of exchange are subject to change which in turn may affect our package prices quoted.
The following general terms and conditions apply however regional circumstances and regulations, contractual obligations to suppliers, and matters relating to location, product type and supply logistics may cause these to be varied slightly for specific products, packages or destinations.
All arrangements for the provision of transport, accommodation, sightseeing and other services are made by Al Reyami Travels & Tours (hereinafter referred to as The Company) through appointed agents only. All vouchers, exchange orders receipts and contracts issued by The Company are subject to any and/or all tariffs and terms and conditions under which any accommodation, transportation and other services whatsoever are provided by hotels, transport companies, owners or contractors concerned. By acceptance of such Vouchers, exchange orders, receipts and contracts, the passenger deemed to have agreed to the foregoing:
Every person participating in any tour organized by The Company shall be regarded as carrying his own risk with respect to loss or injury to person or property.
The traveller accepts full responsibility for losses and expenses due to delay, sickness, weather, strikes, war, terrorism, quarantine or acts of God.
The Company shall not be held responsible for the deportation or refusal of entry by immigration authorities of tour members resulting from improper travel documents, possession of unlawful items or irregularities that may be caused to person or property. Obtaining all proper travel documentation is the sole responsibilities of the passengers.
Neither The Company shall nor their employees or agents assisting or collaborating with them, is liable for any loss, injury, accident, damage, delay or expense which may arise in any way whatsoever during the tour. The Company is only an acting agent for the holiday components and will not be held responsible for any charges, acts of discretion or inconvenience caused by our suppliers and appointed agents.
In no case shall The Company or their employees or agents be liable for any causes outside their reasonable control or from any act or omission of the customer.
In no event shall the liability of The Company or their employees or agents in respect of any loss or damage other than death or personal injury exceed as an absolute maximum the price of the tour in question. The Company reserves the right to alter any route, itinerary and/or accommodation without prior notice to the passenger if it shall in its sole and absolute discretion think this fit or in case of force majeure.
All services and prices are subject to change without notice.


Deposits: Bookings of Dhs 1000 or less, or bookings travelling within 30 days will be required to pay the full amount at the time of confirmation. Bookings over Dhs 1000 or travelling more than 30 days out will be required to pay a deposit of Dhs 250 per room at the time of confirmation. The appropriate amount will automatically be debited to the credit card provided. Any booking not deposited with us by this time will automatically cancel without notification. Deposit conditions for certain accommodation and tour products may vary; these are listed on the individual page. We will advise you in writing of these conditions at the time of booking. Bookings over Exhibitions and Festivals require full payment, as this is non refundable under any circumstances.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Travel insurance is already included as mentioned in the package details. Please ask our leisure consultant for full insurance details.
Bookings made less than 30 days prior to travel: Bookings made within 30 days of travel must provide a credit card guarantee at the time of booking, if the booking is available exactly as requested full payment will automatically be taken.
Final Payment: Final payment is due 30 days prior to travel date. No vouchers will be issued until final payment is received in our office. Final payment conditions for certain accommodation and tour products may vary, these are shown on the individual pages. We will advise you in writing of these conditions at the time of booking.
Card Fees: Please note that a card fee will be applied automatically to credit card payment amounts:
3% – MasterCard, Visa; 4% – Diners, Amex. Payments made by Cheque or direct deposit to one of our branches do not attract any fees.
Standard Cancellation Policy:
Deposited bookings cancelled 30 or more days prior to travel – Deposit is non refundable
Fully paid bookings cancelled 30 days or more prior to travel – Deposit plus any fees levied by the suppliers
Bookings cancelled inside 30 days – Totally non refundable
All Credit Card refunds will be less 2.5% as card companies keep the credit card fee.
Flight Cancellation Policy:
Flight Bookings are totally non refundable or transferable
Cancellations must be in writing and should be addressed to the consultant handling the booking.
Amendment Fees: Any amendments made to non finalised bookings will incur a fee of Dhs 150 for each amendment made. Bookings that have been finalised and documentation issued will incur a fee of Dhs 250 per amendment. This is in addition to any fees that may be levied by the supplier.
Late Booking Fees: A late booking fee of Dhs 250.00 can be charged if booking is made within 72 hours prior to departure. This depends on the amount of administration work involved, and if applicable, you will be notified at time of reservation request from you or your agent.
Refunds: In order for a refund to be approved, you must have a claim number which is given at the time of reporting the cancellation or incident. No refunds will be made for services once travel arrangements have commenced. No guarantee is provided or warranted that any refund will be available. All refund requests must be in writing, and made direct to us or through the agent from whom the travel arrangements were purchased. Claims must be made within 15 days of completion of travel arrangements. Refunds will not be made for bookings cancelled due to inclement weather or illness; these must be claimed through your travel Insurance.


Currency: All rates are quoted in UAE Dirham (Dhs), or as otherwise indicated.
Children’s Rates: Child costs are based on sharing a room with adults and using existing bedding. Cost for additional bedding and rollaway are available on request.
Travel Document : It is the passenger’s responsibility to obtain a passport valid for at least 6 months and visas ( if required ), for the country to be visited. Please consult your travel agent or local consulate/embassy on visa requirements. Our company cannot be held responsible or liable for any expenses, reimbursement or refund of tour prices if any passenger is refused entry by any country.
